The SuperSurvey Knowledge Base is sponsored by SuperSurvey Online Surveys in order to provide quick and easy tutorials on specific parts of the survey process. Whether you want to know more about how to determine your survey goals or how to design your questionnaire design; if you want to see comparisons for different survey media or you want to know more proper sampling procedure; or if you are concerned about privacy and security when dealing with online surveys -- we aim to assist you with these publications.
While there are many websites that provide more in-depth research papers, (see for example SuperSurvey's whitepapers section), and while there are sites that provide tutorials on how to use one specific online survey related product, we feel -- as we know you do from your many requests -- that business professionals need a set of resources that can provide them with the necessary background to design and conduct surveys, deal effectively with data, and provide meaningful answers to security and privacy concerns.
